About this opportunity
Visa For Music invites artists from around the world to apply for the 2025 edition of its music showcase, happening from 19 to 22 November 2025 in Rabat, Morocco. This is an incredible platform for musicians to perform live in front of an international audience of industry professionals, including festival programmers, agents, and media.
Selected artists will perform a 40-minute live set in one of the following categories:
Global folk and fusion
Contemporary and urban music
Electronic music (DJ and VJ)
This is a unique chance to gain international exposure and connect with key figures in the global music scene. Please note, artists are responsible for their own travel costs and visa fees
Rewards
- Live Showcase: Perform at Visa For Music in Rabat, Morocco.
- Promotion: Your work will be promoted across Visa For Music’s extensive network (social media, newsletters, online marketing).
- Accommodation: Hotel stay for 1 to 3 nights (twin rooms, up to 6 members).
- Per Diem: MAD500 (around $50) per person on the day of the showcase (up to MAD3,000 per group).
- Airport Transfers: Covered for international participants.
- Artist Passes: Free access to all Visa For Music activities.
Eligibility
Groups must propose a 40-minute live set of original music.
Open to artists in Global folk, fusion, contemporary, urban, and electronic music.
All group members must be 18 years or older.
The group must have been active for at least one year with multiple stage experiences.
Artists who applied previously but were not selected can apply again.
Artists who performed at Visa For Music more than three years ago may reapply with a new group or project.
