About this opportunity
The Writers Room is inviting two incredible Ghanaian playwrights with GHC10,000 to develop a new, full length play. Selected playwrights will receive dramaturgical support, industry mentorships and a staged reading! All genres and experience levels are welcome to apply!
Rewards
Remuneration of GHC 10,000 per playwright
Eligibility
- Already completed plays will NOT be eligible.
- Plays must be predominately in English.
- This call is open to playwrights living and/or working in Ghana only
- Applicants must not have more than one (1) internationally staged play
- Adaptations of already produced plays will not be accepted
