About this opportunity
The Elizabeth Greenfields Foundation is inviting young emerging artists in the early stages of their careers all over the world to apply for grants. The aim is to help dedicated young artists and students pursue the mastery of traditional techniques and workmanship in arts.
Rewards
$17,000 CAD.
Artists are able to apply and be awarded up to three times. If they are selected a 2nd and third time, the grant amount increases to $20,000 CAD.
In your application, you must explain to the foundation how you plan on using the full amount.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be between 18 and 41 years at the time for their first submission.
- The grants are available for eligible applicants all over the world.
- Applicants must be at the early stages of their career, either as a student or an emerging artist in the process of launching their career.
- Applicants must be working in a representational style of painting, drawing, sculpture or printmaking. The below styles are not eligible:
- Installation art, public art, textile art, illustration, graphic design, photography, animation, film, digital art, crafts
