About this opportunity
Aesthetica is looking for the best new writing talent. The £5,000 international literary prize is open to poetry and short fiction entries on any theme, celebrating innovation in content and form.
Rewards
£2,500 for the Poetry Winner.
£2,500 for the Short Fiction Winner.
Publication in the Aesthetica Creative Writing Annual.
Eligibility
- Poetry entries should be no more than 40 lines.
- Fiction entries should be no more than 2,000 words.
- There is no theme to the Aesthetica Creative Writing Award. You are welcome to submit work on any subject.
- Both Poetry and Fiction entries should be written in English.
- Anyone can enter the Aesthetica Creative Writing Award. This is an international competition and there is no age limit; we welcome work from entrants of all ages and nationalities.
