About this opportunity

The 5th International Choreographic Competition LINKAGE invites young choreographers in all parts of the world (not more than 40 years old) to present their contemporary dance solos or duets with duration between 5 and 13 minutes.

Rewards

• First Prize: 7 000 BGN (or equivalent in Euros)
• Second Prize: 4 000 BGN (or their equivalent in Euros)
• Third Prize: BGN 2 000 (or their equivalent in Euros)
• Audience Award: 2 000 BGN (or their equivalent in Euros)

Special prizes:

• Participation in the Residency Program of Derida Dance Center – Sofia, Bulgaria – awarded by Artistic Director of Derida Dance – Zhivko Zhelyazkov
• Invitation to a workshop with professional performers
• Invitation to perform the presented choreography, for a fee, in other cities in the country
• Invitation to perform new choreography for a Bulgarian dance company
