About this opportunity
The International Contest for New Comic Authors 2024 invites beginner comic authors from around the world to submit original comic stories inspired by the contest’s chosen theme for this year, “Soft.” Participants are encouraged to explore the theme with complete artistic freedom, using any drawing techniques and coloring styles they prefer. The contest is open to both individual creators and groups.
Rewards
- €500 for first place
- €300 for second place
- €200 for third place
- Winners, along with any special mentions, will also be featured and promoted on the TCBF’s social media accounts.
Eligibility
Open to beginner comic authors of legal age (18+) who have not been professionally published.
