From now on until 30th April, you can submit your short films!* The Ngalabi Short Film Festival is back! and it is issuing an open call for short films! The festival has provided a platform for short films from Uganda, East Africa, and the rest of the African Continent, and special selections from Germany and other esteemed European partners.

Eligibility
1) Applicants must be citizens of Uganda, East Africa, or any other African Country.
2) Applicants must be over 18 years old and hold all screening rights to the short films submitted.
