Goethe-Zentrum Kampala/Ugandan German Cultural Society is thrilled to announce that applications to the 8th edition of the Ngalabi Short Film Festival are finally open!

Filmmakers from Uganda, East Africa, Africa, and the African Diaspora are invited to submit their short films for a chance to share their unique creative voices with the Ngalabi family.

• The applicant must be over 18 years old.
• Filmmakers from Uganda, East Africa, Africa, and the African Diaspora are invited to submit their short films for a chance to share their unique creative voices with the Ngalabi family.
• The submission must include English subtitles.
• The applicant must own all screening rights to their short film.
