About this opportunity
Headlands Center for the Arts is accepting applications to their 2025 Artist in Residence program and it is opened to artists all over the world. They offer about 50 artists residencies each year and the experience includes studio space in a phenomenal environment, nurturing meals prepared by their Chef, housing in the Marin Headlands, a sense of community, travel and living expenses.
Rewards
All Artists In Residence receive a stipend. Also they offer a studio space in a phenomenal environment, nurturing meals prepared by their chef, housing in the Marin Headlands, travel and living expenses.
Eligibility
- Any artist based anywhere in the world is eligible to apply if they can speak basic English and are not enrolled in a degree granting program at the time the residency would occur.

Artists selected for this program are at all career stages and work in all media, including drawing,painting, sculpture, photography, film, video, new media, installation, fiction and nonfiction writing, poetry, playwriting, screenwriting, graphic narrative, dance, music, interdisciplinary, social practice, arts professions, and architecture.
