Requirements

• Creativity – The candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, think outside of the box and be able to come up with innovative ideas.
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Candidate should be familiar with typography, colour theory, and layout principles and should be able to edit MailChimp templates and other related design tools.
• Attention to Detail – The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, which includes being able to spot errors, ensuring consistency, and maintaining high-quality standards in the work.
• Communication Skills – The Ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with the team. They should be able to understand the requirements of the resort, present ideas clearly, and incorporate feedback into designs.
• Time Management – The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Adaptability – The candidate should be open to learning new techniques and trends, stay updated with industry developments and be willing to embrace new technologies and design practices.

• Must be a graphic designer based in Ghana
• Education – Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience – 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
