Eligibility
- Open to applicants worldwide aged 18 or older
- Supports:
- Documentary films (any length)
- Nonfiction series
- Radio documentaries
- Nonfiction podcasts
- Projects must be in late production, rough cut stage, or completed and seeking impact funding
- One director or producer must have a proven track record, including at least one previously released and publicly recognised work
- A producer must be attached to the project at the time of application
- Projects must have secured support from at least one institutional funder (except where specific short-film criteria apply)
- Student projects are not eligible
- Projects must be independently created and maintain editorial and artistic control
Short Film Eligibility:
- Runtime of 40 minutes or less
- Open to projects from late development through completion
- Production grants of up to $40,000 USD
- Must allocate at least $5,000 USD toward impact activities
- At least one director or producer must have had a previous film selected for an international film festival
