About this opportunity
The Center for Environmental Journalism invites full-time journalists working in any medium worldwide who are interested in advancing their knowledge of environmental issues. Applicants must have five years of full-time professional journalism experience and must also have a BA or BS college degree, at minimum. Applicants may include reporters, editors, producers, photojournalists, documentarians, and feature writers. Both salaried staff and full-time freelancers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in covering the environment is not required.
Rewards
Fellows will receive a total of $80,000 for the nine-month academic year, and will receive a deposit over the course of the nine months at the end of each month. The fellowship covers tuition fees in addition to the stipend. It also provides a desktop computer in the office and a local bus pass.

The fellowship is open to full-time journalists working in any medium who are interested in advancing their knowledge of environmental issues worldwide.
