About this opportunity

The Goethe-Institut is interested in exploring new ways of producing and engaging with art in all its forms and invites you to propose projects that can lead the way in making the art scene in Kenya more inclusive and diverse. The proposed projects should aim to bridge this gap, by being rooted firmly in the lived experience of a specific neighborhood, community, or subculture whilst outlining innovative and engaging approaches to showcasing its beauty and cultural expressions.

Rewards

A budget listing all costs up to a maximum of KSh 200,000.

Eligibility

Applications are open to all creatives living and working in Kenya. We specifically want to invite project proposals to be implemented outside of Nairobi or in communities that lack access to cultural programmes and events.
