About this opportunity
West African Creative Filmmakers can apply for a three-day intensive African Art + Filmmaking Workshop in Lomé, Togo organized by Afrisos, in partnership with Arete Arts Foundation.
Rewards
Develop filmmaking skills, connect with global storytellers, and highlight West African conservation through a mentored program culminating in a film festival and broad media exposure. Over the course of the workshop, you will be joined up with an African visual artist, an African conservationist to form a storytelling triad. The workshop will be led by the mentors Jigar Ganatra, Melody Sky, Richard Camp, Hugues Akpona and Jan van der Does. The winning team stands a chance to win exciting prizes and a grant of $5,000.
