Famed sculptor Paa Joe, known for his symbolic coffin creations, reminds us that life persists even after death. It’s crucial to juxtapose the concept of mortality prevalent across Africa with the vibrant life that thrives within its young population. Karikachä seid’ou insightfully uses Ama Ata Aidoo’s work to express that we’re already in a tough situation, so it’s all about how we navigate it. Amidst decay, we shouldn’t hesitate to disrupt the eerie silence.

Kojo Laing’s prophetic sci-fi novel, Major Gentl and the Achimota Wars (1992), portrays a forgotten Europe within a digital realm, striving for balance where personal and societal relationships, the economy, and governance cross paths with the routes of spiritual lives. The dynamic and inspiring resource of young Africa lies in its innovative Pan-African and Afro-futuristic potential in the digital era after the pandemic. This potential, manifested through art, literature, performance, and design, challenges oppressive imperialistic narratives.
