Accra Cultural Week 2023 is coming up and Gallery 1957 looks forward to hosting a series of talks on Sunday 17th September at Chez George, Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel.

The day will begin at 11am with conversations between exhibiting artists and curators, including Ekow Eshun in conversation with Tunji Adeniyi-Jones and Gideon Appah and Azu Nwagbogu in conversation with Yaw Owusu.

Accra Cultural Week 2023 will be rounded off with a panel discussion at 3pm featuring two of the jury members for the third edition of the Yaa Asantewaa Art Prize, Erin Christovale and Katherine Finerty, followed by the highly anticipated announcement of this years winners!
