About this opportunity
Creative Africa Nexus (CANEX), an initiative of African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank), is inviting applications for CANEX Presents Africa at TRANOÏ Paris. This programme connects African and diaspora fashion designers with international markets by placing them within a curated pavilion during Paris Fashion Week. Selected designers will present their Spring/Summer 2027 collections and engage directly with global buyers, retailers, and media. The initiative aims to build long-term global visibility and commercial opportunities for African creative brands.

Eligibility
- Open to designers of African or Caribbean descent, including eligible Latin American countries (Colombia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Panama)
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in fashion
- At least 2 ready-to-wear and/or accessories collections developed
- Must provide professional sales materials (lookbook, line sheet, price list)
- Demonstrated sales experience (wholesale, retail, or e-commerce) and production capacity
- Must be available to attend TRANOÏ Paris (1–4 October 2026)
- Should demonstrate sustainable or eco-responsible practices
