About this opportunity

The Goethe-Institut, in partnership with Expertise France and Institut français, invites applications for the Connect & Create component of the Africa-Europe Partnerships for Culture programme. The programme funds the full artistic process—from co-creation and production to public presentation and audience engagement—prioritising equitable partnerships, peer learning, and meaningful cross-cultural exchange. It is specifically designed to support the creation of finished artistic work rather than research, residencies, or training programmes.
