This initiative, generously supported by Netflix, supports women and gender-expansive nonfiction filmmakers from around the world who have directed at least two feature-length documentaries and are in the research & development stage of their next feature- length film.\nRewards\n\n$10,000 USD grants for Research\n$20,000 USD grants for Development\n\n \nEligibility\n\n\nOpen to women and gender-expansive nonfiction filmmakers from around the world who have directed at least two feature-length documentaries and are in the research & development stage of their next feature- length film.\n\n\nYou can be based anywhere in the world (except for countries under comprehensive US sanctions). \n\n\nProjects must meet the following criteria:\n\n\nMust be a documentary or nonfiction film (including hybrid docs). \n\n\nMust be feature-length (48 minutes or more). \n\n\nMust be in the research or development stage. \n\n\nMust be independently produced.
