Rough Cut Lab Africa (RCLA) is a dynamic lab designed to support African filmmakers working on long-form films in rough cut or editing stage. The program pairs directors and editors with expert African and Pan-African story consultants, offering guidance to strengthen narratives, improve editing, and refine storytelling. Each lab fosters collaboration, mentoring, and a learning environment for both first-time and experienced filmmakers.
