About this opportunity

The Dakar Music Expo (DMX) 2026 is calling for applications for concerts and showcases during its 7th edition, taking place March 26–29, 2026, in Dakar, Senegal. DMX brings together international artists, festival programmers, labels, media, managers, and cultural institutions, offering a platform to showcase talent rooted in African aesthetics and contemporary musical fusion.

Artists selected for DMX will gain exposure to international professionals, opportunities for tours, residencies, exchanges, and collaborations, as well as access to panels, workshops, and networking events.

No remuneration, accommodation, or travel support is provided; artists are encouraged to seek financial support from relevant organizations.
