About this opportunity
The Liu Shiming Art Foundation is accepting applications for the fourth annual Liu Shiming Artist Grants. The programme supports visual artists who are within the first decade of their professional careers and are developing projects that explore the relationship between traditional, cultural, or historical influences and contemporary artistic practice. Established in honour of Chinese sculptor Liu Shiming, the grants aim to help emerging artists create new work and advance their artistic development. Each year, up to five artists are selected to receive funding for a current or proposed project.

Eligibility
- Open to visual artists worldwide
- Applicants must have been working professionally as artists for between 2 and 10 years
