Each year, the programme selects a small cohort of five visual artists and two writers to take part in a self-directed residency designed to support focused, independent artistic work.\nFounded by Rashid Johnson and Sheree Hovsepian, the residency offers artists uninterrupted time and space to develop their practice away from everyday professional demands. While there is no requirement to produce a final exhibition or public outcome, residents are encouraged to engage with the cultural environment of Menorca during their stay.
