Designed for emerging professionals in contemporary art, curatorship, museology, and heritage studies, the programme integrates postgraduate coursework at UWC with practical placements across departments at Zeitz MOCAA.\nFellows rotate through key museum departments including curatorial, exhibitions, collections management, education, and institutional development, contributing directly to exhibitions, research, and public programming. Alongside this, they complete academic study in historiography, curatorship, and public history, creating a strong link between theory and practice.
