Implemented in partnership with Expertise France and Institut français, this 8 million EUR initiative (2025–2028) promotes equitable dialogue, co-creation, and collaboration between African and European cultural actors.\nThe scheme primarily supports Africa–Africa short-term mobility, while also funding Africa–Europe and Europe–Africa exchanges that foster creative partnerships.
